Nestled between four of Manhattan's most iconic neighborhoods, The Village West offers 68 residences defined by design choices that feel as if they’ve been in the neighborhood forever. The project demanded a marketing approach that matched its character. To speak to a highly sophisticated, art-conscious buyer, traditional, hyper-realistic renders would not capture the project's unique mood. So, an unconventional approach was taken, creating a world that feels like stepping into an Edward Hopper painting. By embracing his cinematic light and quiet dignity, the focus was placed on romanticizing everyday life. It positioned the residences not just as homes but as a piece of art. w/IF Studio
