With over 20+ new developments arriving on the market simultaneously, 499 President needed to stand out in a meaningful way. The strategy was built on a central and simple idea: community. ‘Coming together’, and being champions for the neighborhood became the building's core ethos. Through a multi-phased campaign, we framed the building as a place where residents could become part of a larger, evolving story in the burgeoning Gowanus neighborhood. The story was all about immersing yourself in a blooming community and living in a place that allows you to know your neighbors and connect with the places around you. The vibrancy and volume of content led to higher-than-average website traffic and stronger leads. w/IF Studio
